Recently, Kane Innovations' Project Manager, Jennifer Baker, participated in an exciting event for a great cause during the President's Day Winter Festival in Mayville, New York. 

As part of the festival, sixty sponsored participants took a leap into the freezing waters of Lake Chautauqua on February 17, to benefit the Food Bank of Western New York.  The temperature on the day of the event was a chilly 30 degrees.

Kane Innovations sponsored Jennifer Baker with a generous $300 donation.  In total, the polar plungers raised nearly $10,000 for the food bank. 

Registrants who raised a minimum of $50 each were gifted an official 2018 Polar Plunge t-shirt to commemorate their bravery.
